Commitment to the Next Generation: Our Experience as Jury Members at EM Normandie and ESMOD Paris

In this article, we wish to share our recent experience as jury members evaluating final-year projects of students at EM Normandie and ESMOD Paris. These moments allowed us to witness the talent, creativity, and passion of the next generation entering the professional world, whether in fashion or business. We are grateful to these prestigious institutions for giving us the opportunity to contribute to the development of the future leaders of the fashion industry.

EM Normandie – A Source of Inspiration

From 27 to 29 June, we had the honour of serving as jury members at EM Normandie, a renowned business school. Even before the oral exams began, we were fortunate to tour the campus, an experience that proved highly enriching. We discovered a dynamic and welcoming environment, with student spaces designed to encourage exchange and creativity. The warm atmosphere and the students’ enthusiasm were palpable.

We were fascinated by the way the students concluded their academic journey with innovative and highly relevant projects. Their determination and insight were truly inspiring. We would like to congratulate all the students on their outstanding work and extend our heartfelt thanks to EM Normandie for this unique opportunity. Being part of the selection process and contributing to the development of tomorrow’s leaders was a genuine privilege.

ESMOD Paris – A Return to Our Roots

For three consecutive years, we have had the opportunity to serve as jury members at the former fashion school of our brand’s founder, ESMOD Paris. For her, as the creator of Hind Kroussa Paris, it was a truly enriching experience to see what the new generation is preparing.

From 7 to 9 June, she was part of the jury evaluating the students’ final-year projects. She was captivated by the innovative ideas, passion, and talent demonstrated by these young designers. Returning to the very walls that shaped her own professional journey was a real pleasure.

We are grateful to ESMOD Paris for this unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the future leaders of the fashion industry. We are confident that these young talents will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our field. Thank you to ESMOD Paris for this wonderful experience.
