Questions answers  on the return and the  refund

What is the deadline for returning my order?

You can return any item within 8 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:  

 

  The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

 

Make sure that the items are in their original condition, that the part has not been worn and that all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise or reimburse you.

 

Be sure to prepare the package in a sturdy, rigid cardboard box.  

 

We usually process returns within 15  working days from receipt in our warehouse. In times of high activity, this may require up to 30  open days. In which case, we will keep you informed. Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.  

 

Refunds  will be made on items returned in accordance with the above instructions. In the event of anomalies, the package will be returned to you. 


Due to trade restrictions, all returns must be made from the country where the order was placed.

What is the deadline for receiving my refund?

Generally, returns are validated within 15 working days of their arrival at our warehouse. During busy times, this can take up to 30 working days. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.

The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method used. 

Credit card: our bank will make the refund within 7 working days of sending the confirmation email. Then, the time it takes to credit your credit card will depend on the company that issued your card.

PayPal: the refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.

Payment by check: the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you indicated on the Return Form. The refund will be visible on this account within 10 working days from the date of sending the confirmation email.

I want to exchange an item, what should I do?

If you want to change the size or color of an item, you can do so for free within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.  
Fill out the Contact Form mentioning "Exchange" and indicating the replacement size or color from those available.

We will then reserve your new item and ship it to the original delivery address as soon as we receive the returned item. 

You will receive the shipping confirmation by email once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

You can change the size or color of an item just once. However, you can still return the item by following the instructions in the Return Policy.
