Creating a fashion house is not just a dream: it's a vocation. Since my childhood, I have felt this inner call to imagine, draw, and shape pieces that tell a story. Yet, turning this passion into reality is a demanding adventure that requires discipline, patience, and perseverance.

A quest that defines me

My name is Hind Kroussa, and I am the creator of the brand Hind Kroussa Paris. Behind this name lies more than just a project: it is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Today, it is not yet my main activity. I continue to evolve as a retail director in the world of high-end fashion, a position that allows me to stay in constant contact with market realities, customer expectations, and the trends that shape our industry.

But every day, before and after my work, I dedicate a portion of my energy to building my fashion house step by step.

My philosophy: mastering time to move forward

One of the greatest lessons I have learned from my journey is this: time is our most precious asset. It is impossible to do everything, but it is possible to choose what really matters.

For a long time, I felt scattered, overwhelmed by distractions and unexpected events. So, I decided to take back control. I took a course in productivity and time management, which taught me to:

Optimize every hour of my day,
Eliminate procrastination by setting clear priorities,
Get straight to the point, without getting distracted by digital and social distractions.

Today, my schedule is planned like a meticulous choreography:

I start my days earlier to make progress on my sketches, my collections, and my strategic choices.
My salaried position occupies the day, but I delegate certain urgent tasks to my partner to maintain constant progress.
Every evening, we have a video conference to review progress and prepare for the next steps.
The creations come to life thanks to a freelance tailor who makes each piece custom-made in Paris, once the order is confirmed.

And above all, I chose to reserve only one evening per week to see my loved ones. All the rest of my free time is dedicated to this dream. It may seem intense, but it's the condition I set for myself to move quickly and well.

A discipline fueled by passion

This pace is demanding, but it is also deeply rewarding. Each day spent building my brand brings me a little closer to my goal: opening my fashion house and sharing my creations with the world.

I also don't forget to take care of myself. Three times a week, I go to the gym to maintain my health and energy. This discipline allows me to stay strong and focused, even during the most intense periods.

I don't put excessive pressure on myself: I know this dream will come true because it is driven by unwavering passion and deep determination.

The future of Hind Kroussa Paris

I am currently finalizing a new collection, which will be unveiled at the beginning of 2026. This launch will mark a decisive step in the brand's development. I can't wait to share with you the inspirations, materials, and silhouettes that will bring this next capsule to life.

Follow the adventure, because this is just the beginning of a long journey. One thing is certain: I won't give up until I have achieved this dream.
